Materials:

• Nova Launcher Prime: PlayStore
• UCCW: PlayStore
• Minimalistic Text: PlayStore
• UCCW Skin V.I.V.A. by vickzkater: Dropbox
• Minimalistic Text Preferences (V.I.V.A. by vickzkater): Dropbox

PASSWORD FOR EXTRACT: vickzkater



Step-by-step:

1. Download and install the applications above in your phone.
2. Download the materials via PC/laptop then extract it using WinRAR/WinZIP/7zip. PASSWORD FOR EXTRACT: vickzkater
3. Press 'home' button and use Nova Launcher as your launcher > select Always, then remove all widgets and icons on homescreens.
4. Press and hold on screen > Wallpapers > Use no wallpaper or dark wallpaper.
5. Open Minimalistic Text, then close it.
6. Press 'home' button, press and hold on screen > Widgets > Minimalistic Text > select random > Check "Always allow .." then Create > select random > press 'menu' button > import > press 'back' button twice (2x) > No
7. Plug/connect your device to PC/laptop which downloaded the materials.
8. Copy folder 'UCCW Skin V.I.V.A. by vickzkater' then paste to SD Card (Micro SD Card)
9. Open folder 'Minimalistic Text Preferences (V.I.V.A. by vickzkater)', copy viva-1_status.mtpref then paste to folder Minimalistic Text Preferences in internal storage.
10. Disconnect your device from PC/laptop.
11. Open UCCW > Open > Open uzip > Back > sdcard1 > browse to folder 'UCCW Skin V.I.V.A. by vickzkater' > Open one skin, example: V.I.V.A.-1_Energy.uzip
12. Then do it again to open all the skins. After that, close the application.
13. Next, press the screen twice (2x) to open the Nova Settings to manage the homescreen
• >> Desktop <<
• Desktop grid: Rows:6 Columns:4
• Persistent Search Bar: Never
• Scroll Effect: Tablet
• Check Resize all widgets
• Open Advanced > check Widget Overlap and Overlap when placing
• Home Screens: set quantity to 3 screens and the default screen is center
• >> Dock <<
• Uncheck Enable Dock
• >> Look and feel <<
• Uncheck Show Notification Bar
14. Press 'home' button. Now we'll use UCCW Skin V.I.V.A. by vickzkater, there are 3 screens, so follow my instructions below:
• >> Screen 1: Left <<
• Press and hold on screen > Widgets > UCCW > UCCW 4x3 > select V.I.V.A.-1_Weather > press the icon on screen.
• Then manage the position to the top of screen.
• Press and hold on screen > widgets > UCCW > UCCW 4x3 > select V.I.V.A.-1_Media > press the icon on screen.
• >> Screen 2: Center <<
• Press and hold on screen > widgets > UCCW > UCCW 4x2 > select V.I.V.A.-1_Header > press the icon on screen.
• Then manage the position to the top of screen.
• Press and hold on screen > widgets > UCCW > UCCW 4x2 > select V.I.V.A.-1_Energy > press the icon on screen.
• Then manage the position to the middle of screen.
• Press and hold on screen > widgets > UCCW > UCCW 4x2 > select V.I.V.A.-1_Navigation > press the icon on screen.
• >> Screen 3: Right <<
• Press and hold on screen > widgets > Minimalistic text widget > Minimalistic text widget 3x2(hor) > select random > press 'menu' button > import > select viva-1_status > select Yes, do it > Save
• Press and hold on screen > widgets > UCCW > UCCW 4x3 > select V.I.V.A.-1_Status > press the icon on screen.
• Then manage the position to the top of screen.
• Press and hold on screen the V.I.V.A.-1_Status widget > Send to back.
• Resize Minimalistic text widget: press and hold the widget > resize it until it match for the V.I.V.A.-1_Status.
• Press and hold on screen > widgets > UCCW > UCCW 4x3 > select V.I.V.A.-1_GPS > press the icon on screen.

*to activate the weather

• Click the UCCW widget on screen > press 'menu' button > settings > Weather provider then choose one
• Location > Auto Location
• Update interval > choose how long do you want to update the weather information
• Check Degree simbol

*to activate the hotspot

• Click the UCCW widget on screen > press 'menu' button > Lock widgets (Hotspot mode) > On

*if the weather icon does not appear

• Open UCCW > Open > Open saved skins > V.I.V.A.-1_Weather
• Select Edit objects >  Icon - Current conditions > Weather icons > default
• Press 'menu' button > Save > Rename the skin
• Press and hold on screen the V.I.V.A.-1_Weather widget > Remove
• Press and hold on screen > Widgets > UCCW > UCCW 4x3 > select the skin that you modified > press the icon on screen.
• But if it still doesn't show the weather, you must change the interval for update the weather in UCCW to 15 min.
• After it shows up, you can change again the interval.

*If the camera and other shortcuts can't show up, it's maybe because you're using other device and rom, not same with me, I used CM 9, CM 10, CM 10.1 on Samsung Galaxy Wonder.

But no problem, you can edit the shortcuts using UCCW:

• Open UCCW > Open > Open saved skins > select one of UCCW skins that you want to edit, example: V.I.V.A.-1_Navigation
• Select Edit objects >  Hotspots > Hotspot 1 > Hotspot > App > Phone > Back
• Select Hotspot 2 > Hotspot > App > Messaging > Back
• Select Hotspot 3 > Hotspot > App > Camera > Back
• Select Hotspot 4 > Hotspot > App > Browser/Chrome > Back
• Press 'menu' button > Save > Save skin > Rename the skin, give another name or replace it using its name. (Be careful, if you replace it, you can back to the default)
• Back to homescreen then remove the uccw skin which you custom it.
• Add UCCW widget again> select UCCW skin which u custom before.
• VOILA, you can use the shortcut well now :)
• notes: just do same steps to custom/edit the another skins.

*to lock the homescreen from another modification

• Open Nova Settings > Desktop > Advanced > check Lock Desktop

Now V.I.V.A. ready to serve

[FAQ] About V.I.V.A.

Q: What Android version can use this homescreen V.I.V.A. ???

A: For UCCW Skin V.I.V.A. can be used in GingerBread(GB), Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich(ICS), or JellyBean(JB) Android version. But for Nova Launcher, it works only ICS or above. You can use another launcher.

Q: Can I use it on my tablet??

A: Absolutely yes :)

Q: Is this need much RAM usage??

A: Not much, coz I used it on my Samsung Galaxy Wonder with RAM 512MB and it's okay without lag.

Q: Can I custom the shortcuts??

A: Sure, check *If the camera and other shortcuts can't show up

Q: Can I use it on another phone??
A: Of course, you can as long the phone is using Android OS and can install the applications above. I've used it on Samsung Galaxy Wonder, Samsung Galaxy Grand, and Sony Xperia SP.
